For sale: 500L EasyBrau brewhouse (Model SCB500/2, built 2016) – premium-quality Italian-built commercial brewing system designed for consistent output, efficient CIP cleaning, and user-friendly operation. Suitable for brewing up to 10HL per day.

Fully refurbished at EasyBrau factory, completed 03-2025. Steam condenser upgraded in 2025 (enhanced steam/fume extraction and ventilation).

Brewhouse configuration (3-vessel system):
Consists of three primary tanks linked by a dedicated hydraulic transfer system:
- Mash / Kettle / Whirlpool Tun: Features steam heating, built-in agitator, top manway, and tangential whirlpool inlet for effective trub removal.
- Lauter Tun: Optimized for efficient wort separation with a rotating rake system, top manway, and side door for CIP and spent grain removal.
- Hot Water Tank: Positioned below the lauter tun for space-saving, recovery of hot water for subsequent brews and cleaning cycles.

- Steam-heated brewhouse (rapid heating and stable boiling)

Included Extras:
Ultrafilter 20” High Flow cartridge filter housing, high-capacity beverage/process filtration, low pressure loss, inline design for breweries, soft drinks, water, and hygienic processing. Includes 12 x Ultrafilter PF-UF High Flow Pleated Filter Cartridge 3µm.

8 x 500L Stainless Steel Fermentation Tanks – supplied as complete sets with all key fittings/accessories for professional fermentation. Ideal for small breweries, pilot facilities, or expanding cellar capacity.
