PERRYmix HV50 - HV3000

Brand new PERRYmix model from HVP 50 to HVP3000 stainless steel conical mixer for gentle powder mixing:
- Working volume from 50 to 3000 litres.
- Indoor and outdoor enviroment without explosion hazard.
- Pressure inside the vessel atmospheric.
- 1 pc half-circle top cover bolted to the vessel with round feeding inlet equipped with safety mesh and the lid.
- 1 pc half-circle top cover bolted to the vessel
- Screw agitator suppported by bottom pintle bearing (hard metal), adjusted for quick removal of the screw.
- Inner surface grinded / outer surface bead blasted.
- Manualy operated rotary slide outlet valve with conical discharge.
- FDA gearbox and arm fillings.
- Mounted on lugs.

Drive:
- Separate drives for the auger and arm provide greater protection against overload.
- The screw agitator is driven by electric motor via NORD gearbox.
- The arm is driven by electric motor via NORD gearbox.

Material design:
- Parts in contact with the product to be mixed made of AISI 304 / DIN 1.4301 stainless steel (beam, conical vessel, mixing screw, semicircular vessel covers, outlet and hopper).
- Carbon steel arm - painted with FDA paint.
- NORD gearbox made of carbon steel - panted RAL 7031

Options:
- All stainless steel arm.
- Tilting half-circle top cover with locking.
- Drives and gearboxes for potentially explosive atmospheres.
- Pneumatically controlled discharge valve.
- Stainless steel legs.
