1) 1-Axis CNC Cutting Centre – Pertici SC55, Year 2018

The Pertici SC55 is a 1-axis CNC cutting centre designed for the automatic cutting of PVC profiles.
Thanks to its automatic loading system, the machine automatically feeds the bars, performs the cutting operations according to the production list, and unloads the finished workpieces.
The Pertici software is compatible with the main optimization and production management programs available on the market.
The automatic magazine can accommodate up to 10 bars with a maximum length of 6.6 metres.
The cutting area is fully enclosed by protective guards, ensuring maximum operator safety and easy maintenance access.
The machine is also equipped with an automatic chip and scrap evacuation system, automatic unloading of finished parts, and a collection table with a capacity of up to 12 workpieces.

The Pertici FC1000 is a high-productivity CNC machining centre for PVC profile processing. It automatically loads, positions, machines and unloads profiles, ensuring fast and efficient production.
Equipped with 7 machining spindles and an automatic screwdriving unit, it performs all machining operations in a single cycle.
The machine is controlled by Pertici CNC software, compatible with the main production management systems, and features an automatic magazine for up to 10 bars with a maximum length of 6,100 mm, processing profiles from 35 to 130 mm wide.
