The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) is the top model among Placke press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from the hydraulic cylinder to electrical cabinet construction, is carried out in-house. By combining state-of-the-art technology with decades of experience in forming technology, the HQPB series allows you to perform bending at the highest level. The standard configuration already provides a fully functional press brake. With this package of safety, reliability, and efficiency—paired with user-friendly operation—we are able to meet the highest demands and precision requirements in the bending process.

Machine Frame:
- Base machine constructed from steel S 355 N
- Side frames welded with 2 pressure pipes and top-mounted oil tank
- Above-floor design
- Coating (2-component textured paint), light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)
Upper Beam:
- Press beam stress-relieved annealed
- Depth penetration measurement, reader head guided by ball roller guide
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electrical angular misalignment monitoring
Hydraulic System:
- Hydraulic proportional control valve system with electronically monitored cylinder parallelism
- Solid steel cylinder with inductively hardened piston rod
- Low-noise internal gear pump
Punch Clamping:

Front Side of the Machine:
2 aluminum support arms in the front, approx. 600 mm long, incl. 2 tilting stops, measuring tape, and plastic wear strip. The support arms are movable on a linear ball guide and can be height adjusted for 55 mm to 100 mm high dies using a slotted hole. The linear ball guide is milled into the lower beam.
