Pneumatico PT-2800

The semi-automatic Pneumatico PT-2800 table is ideal for the production of different sizes of pallets. Its construction allows for quick and easy change of dimensions of the pallets to be assembled, thus enabling the production of short series of packages. To operate the table, one operator is needed, who is able to pile from 180 to 210 pallets in an 8-hour shift (depending on the operator's skills and work organization).

Two nailers with nails of different lengths are suspended on two spring balancers, which ensures more ergonomic work. Pneumatic clamps position blocks and square timber in the right place, which translates into higher quality and repeatability of a given pallet size. Pneumatic lifting of the pallet makes the whole process less tiring for the operator.
