Potain Hup 32-27

We are selling our tower crane due to company downsizing.

It is a POTAIN HUP 32-27 from 2019.

The crane is in top condition with the usual signs of wear and tear. No known defects. The crane has not been used for rental purposes.

Technical details:
- Maximum outreach: 32 meters
- Maximum hook height: 27 meters
- Maximum lifting capacity: 4,000 kg (up to an outreach of approximately 12 meters)
- Lifting capacity at the jib tip: 1,000 kg (at full 32-meter outreach)
- Support base: 4 m x 4 m
- Slewing radius: 2.25 meters or 2.75 meters

In addition:

- The crane is equipped with the TopSite system.
- The crane has a central lubrication system (automated).
- The cable guide chain in the mast (Potain recall) has already been replaced.
- Includes a permanently installed connection cable, approx. 15m, with a 63A CEE plug.
- The radio remote control is in very good condition, almost new.
- Includes cable remote control.
- Includes all technical documentation (original).
- Includes concrete ballast.
- Due to its transport length of approximately 12m, it can be used on very tight construction sites (see pictures).

The crane is currently located in 76870 Kandel and must be removed from there at the buyer's expense, including the ballast. Transport axles are not included in the offer. A suitable generator must be brought for functional testing, as there is no power supply on site.
