Disposable PET filling line consisting of the following components: - Crate ejector (crate emptier, Gera GmbH, 20 ejectors in a 4x5 arrangement) for 0.5-litre bottles - Crate ejector for 1.0-litre bottles (Gera, 2003) - Case washer with cleaning nozzles - Stretch blow moulding machine (SIG, type Blomax 18, built in 2003, with 18 cavities) - Air conveyor for PET bottles (Convair, 2001) - Suction system (2003) - Air transport (KHS Innoline, 2003) - Premix system (Procomac Starmix CM, built in 2001, 250 hl/h) consisting of water degassing, mixer and carbonation with a total of 4 containers - Velcorindo dosing (dmt, Burdomat II G) - Cap feeding and cap conveyor system (Procomac, 2005) - PET bottle rinser, filler and capper (Procomac, 2001) - Labelling machine (P.E. Futura, 2001) for hot glue labelling of wrap-around labels, in block with laser dating (Videojet, 2017, with suction) and label box (2005) - Labelling machine (KHS Roland, 2009) - Best-before date detection device (2011) - Air knife blow-off system for bottles (2017) - CIP system (Procomac, 2001) with 3 tanks, each with a capacity of 20 hl - Free, powered conveyor lines for bottles and crates
