ProFruit Machinery MONOBLOCK 5

Automatic monoblock machine for filling and capping juices, wine, oil and other liquid products in glass or PET bottles. Filling and capping are combined in one compact unit with a production capacity of up to 800 bottles per hour, depending on bottle size and product characteristics.

Bottles are fed by a starwheel, filled by five precision filling heads and transferred directly to the capping station. The capping system supports multiple cap types and provides adjustable torque. A No Bottle, No Fill function helps prevent product loss.
