✅The Multi-Treat spray pretreatment machine is used for the surface treatment of materials to be painted. It offers the possibility of processing up to 8 different chemicals in tanks with varying numbers, depending on the process. All tanks are made of 316 SS and are insulated.
The number of tanks and the number of heated tanks are determined according to the process steps.

✅The heating in the tank is done via gas heat exchangers. The processes can be monitored, and the times and temperatures of all processes can be set via the PLC touchscreen.

✅Any errors that occur in the system can be observed on the control panel.
Automatic floats are located in the tanks; the system automatically stops if there is not enough water or chemicals in the tanks, and the liquid level is automatically replenished by transferring liquid between the tanks, ensuring the system remains safe.

✅There is a drain basin under all tanks. The drain basin is made of 316 SS. The tanks are made of 2 mm stainless steel 316. The material undergoes penetration testing and is argon-welded and sealed. The grates in the tank prevent dirt from entering the pumps.
The interior of the cabinet consists of sandwich panels made of stainless steel 304, and the exterior is made of powder-coated sheet metal.

✅The panel thickness is 80 mm. It consists of stainless steel panels filled with polyurethane. PPT ring pipes and nozzles offer a long service life.

✅Thanks to the steam extraction fan, steam diffusion from the system into the work area is prevented. The washing system doors are container-like and sealed with silicone seals.
The movable washing platform in the cabinet moves back and forth through the cabinet to wash the materials. The hoses are supported by the mobile carrier system. There are separate pumps for each process and a drain pump for draining liquids from the tanks. The drain pump is connected to the chemical drain tank.

✅There are manual application guns for manual application for each process. The system has a manual mode for pretreatment. The drain time and process time can be set via the PLC control panel. The drain time applies to manual application.
