Product description:
ROOMLINE powder coating booths are designed for paint recycling and prevention of environmental pollution during the powder coating process of large parts.
It works on the principle of manual painting of products suspended on a rail or placed on a trolley.It is integrated into manual painting systems. Suitable for bar transfer systems. There are options to bring the products into the cabin with the trolley hanging above or on a bottom trolley.
The cabin floor is left as the factory floor according to the demand, or the cabin is placed on a chassis and floor suction is provided. Available in floor, side wall or rear wall suction versions.The front of the cabin is optionally produced with a door or open.
Depending on occupational safety and European standards, it can be equipped with equipment such as emergency exit door, fire extinguishing system, camera monitoring, ex-proof lighting and suction system, inverter motors.
Cabinet construction consists of sandwich panels and steel structures in various thicknesses according to the project.
