The F200 XL is a 3-station machine and comes standard with
the brush height tracking system designed by Q-Fin. In combination
with the simple button system, this ensures that setting up
and working with the F200 is self-explanatory, resulting in the most
user-friendly machine available on the market. The machine is
equipped as standard with continuously adjustable speed on the conveyor and
on the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s), making all possible operations
and results achievable. You determine the desired finish yourself.
The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system
(for non-ferrous metals, e.g. stainless steel and aluminium) or a
magnetic system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure
effective fixation of the products to be processed on the transport table,
enabling even smaller workpieces (from 10 x 10 mm with
magnetic system) to be processed safely, smoothly and quickly. It is not
without reason that we at Q-Fin are convinced of the benefits of a narrow machine for small
workpieces and a wider machine for large workpieces. In many
cases, the throughput speed of this machine is 5 times higher than that of
comparable machines.
