I am pleased to present a custom-built Rosler 100-4 HD machine.
This machine is used for shot blasting steel parts, where a high surface roughness is required.

- The machine is additionally equipped with a wet dust collector, which enables the shot blasting of aluminum parts (additional installation fee applies).
- Hot Spot chamber made of manganese steel and tool steel
- The machine allows operation with media of the highest hardness (GH, sharp-edged) or cut shot, making it an ideal solution for the rubber industry, where high surface roughness is needed during the rubber vulcanization process.
- Turbine blades made of cemented carbide guarantee 30,000 hours of operation.
- Turbine housings made of cemented carbide provide even greater protection against wear and tear on the machine body.
