The Rühle MKR 130 is an advanced, compact vacuum marinating machine equipped with a cooling system, belonging to the highly regarded “High-Tech-Tumbler” series. The device is designed for professional marinating, massaging, brining, and enhancing various types of meat (including poultry), fish, and seafood in food processing plants, artisan butcher shops, and catering establishments.

Key features and functionalities:
- Integrated cooling system: Allows for precise temperature control inside the drum throughout the entire marinating cycle. This prevents overheating of the raw material, guaranteeing the highest microbiological standards and excellent brine binding.

- Vacuum technology: Conducting the process under vacuum accelerates the opening of meat pores, which enables faster and more uniform absorption of the marinade, increasing the juiciness and yield of the finished product.
