RANDEK AB JS400C

The Randek cut-out saw JS400C is designed to make cut-outs at the end of pieces of wood, for example, for inserting a belt beam in vertically standing handles.
The machine fixes the wood pneumatically and makes two cuts with the two 400mm diameter saw blades. The maximum length is 380mm and the depth of cut can be adjusted to a maximum of 115mm. The saw can be operated quickly and easily by means of a foot pedal.
Functional description
The wood to be notched, e.g. a handle, is pushed into the covered saw slot up to the set stop. and. The protruding end is placed on a roller block (not included). A foot pedal is used to pneumatically fix the inserted wood and trigger the sawing process.

Safety
The saw is well sealed against tampering by means of a cover plate. When the cover is opened, the electric current is automatically cut off, which minimizes the risk of injury.
