This is a combination steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational, type CM 101, electric version. The combination steamer offers space for 10 x 1/1 GN containers and has five operating modes.
The unit has been refurbished in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
The base shown in the picture is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an option.
