Rational iVario Pro XL

This is the latest generation of VarioCooking Center: the iVario Pro XL 150-liter model from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting skillet is equipped with the optional pressure cooking function and Balanced Power 34 kW instead of 41 kW (reduced electrical connection power). The unit has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop, freshly serviced, and is fully operational.
