This is an SCC 61 WE combination oven/steamer in an electric version, from the premium manufacturer Rational, manufactured in 2017.

The combination oven/steamer is a device from the latest SCC series, featuring triple-glazed glass and LED lighting.

The device will be completely overhauled in our in-house workshop, and the combination oven/steamer is fully functional.

This combination oven/steamer offers space for 5x 400x600mm trays. In automatic mode, the device automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the amount of food to be loaded, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
