This combination steamer offers space for 5x 400x600mm trays. In automatic mode, the unit automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the quantity to be cooked, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
