This is a Rational SCC 61 WE Electric Combi Steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational. This combi steamer accommodates 6 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the unit independently detects the optimal cooking path, the size of the food, the load quantity, and the specific product requirements for seven applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing). The unit has undergone a new inspection by our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional, with a 6-month warranty.
