This listing is for a Rational UltraVent condensation hood for combi steamers of types 201 stand-alone units CM, CMP, and SCC, suitable for models manufactured from 2011 to the present. It includes a connection kit and is from the year 2015. A comprehensive inspection was carried out in our in-house workshop, and the unit is fully operational.

This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology, which captures and removes steam and vapors. Elaborate exhaust air system installations are a thing of the past—an external connection is not required. Installation is simple and can even be done retroactively at any time. Ideal for use in small kitchens, sales areas within butcher shops, bakeries, snack bars, and catering services.
