This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology, which binds and removes steam and vapors. Elaborate measures for exhaust air system installations are a thing of the past. An external connection is completely eliminated. Installation is easy and can be done at any time, even retroactively. Ideal for use in small kitchens, in sales areas of butcher shops, bakeries, snack bars, and catering services.
