This is an Ultravent Plus hood from the manufacturer Rational, type UV PLUS 61/101/E, manufactured in 2023. It is suitable for the following Index series: Index H and I, as well as for DUO appliances or individual units. This hood not only captures escaping vapors but also eliminates odors and smoke. You do not need an exhaust duct to the outside. An LED lamp automatically indicates when you need to change the filter. This model features stainless steel baffle filters and a pre-filter mat located behind them. This protects the activated carbon filter, which is the heart of the hood, from becoming contaminated too quickly and ensures optimal functionality. This Plus condensation hood can be optimally used in the front area, in enclosed spaces, or during show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on Rational SCC 61/101 WE units can be carried out with little effort. The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop, and new ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS have been installed. Fully functional with a 6-month warranty.
