Remarks:

The machine is fully overhauled, with the frame completely refurbished.
The following wear parts have been replaced:

- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
- Central drive shaft is new
- Coolant system (pump, check valve and drain cock), including coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- Jaws are new (pull bridge additionally reinforced)
- A switchable jaw monitoring system has been installed (additional safety for operators and to prevent tool breakage)
- A safety door with interlock has been installed instead of the rubber reach-in protection
- Tool length adjustment system relocated outside the machine compartment
- Additional limit switches installed
- Complete electrical system (control cabinet) with Siemens components is new
- Control panel made of stainless steel with durable labeling
- New geared drive motor (SEW) with toothed belt drive
- Machine has been repainted with 2-component structural paint

The machine is stored at our warehouse and can be inspected under power.
