RAPESEED OIL PRESS SYSTEM
A complete and automatic rapeseed oil press installation based on a Reinartz AP15 press with a 55Kw motor driven via a DANFOSS VLT 5062 frequency controller and has a capacity of 1000 Kg rapeseed - 800 Kg sunflower seeds per hour, a crude oil stirring tank of 15,000 liters with a Wangen KL30S60.00 eccentric pump as feed to an automatic AMA filter system consisting of a plate filter with 20 m2 filter surface and 2 fine filters, one with filter bag and one with filter candles up to 0.5 micron size of the impurities. The seed supply is done via a dosing screw with the possibility of heating the seed, the real entrance to the press is protected by a permanent magnet to catch iron impurities. The discharge of the rapeseed cake is done via a chain conveyor and conveyor belt. The entire installation is controlled via a SIEMENS Simatic Multi Panel touch screen control cabinet of approximately 1m wide / 2m high. This cabinet also contains a modem to forward error messages to various GSMs. The control can work in auto mode as well as in manual mode.
In addition to these most important systems, the installation also contains the necessary additional silos for filling the main silo, which enables 24/7 operation.
The entire installation was built in 2006 and has produced 14,000 hours and is now completely ready for transport.
