Convey grain, pellets, biomass, or other dry bulk materials pneumatically using a heavy-duty industrial fan, when lightweight extraction fans are insufficient.

This Reitz Umwelttechnik fan was used for pneumatic material conveying in our own facility and is fully functional. It has a flow rate of approximately 9,600-10,000 m³/h, direct drive, and a 700 kg welded steel construction mounted on a mobile, liftable base frame. Nameplate photos and technical documentation are available; inspections are welcome.

Only one unit is available – once sold, it’s gone. Pickup and transport slots are limited; loading this 700 kg unit must be scheduled.

Best for: pneumatic conveying of dry bulk material, high-volume industrial ventilation, and process air where lightweight extraction fans are inadequate.

Not suitable for: wet or sticky materials, air above 80°C, or applications requiring formal ATEX certification unless independently verified.

What the specifications mean in practice:
• 160-167 m³/min (~9,600-10,000 m³/h) - provides sufficient airflow to convey material through piping, not just extract dust.
• 223-250 daPa total pressure increase - maintains material flow over distance and through bends.

• Mobile, liftable base frame - can be moved into position using a forklift or crane.
• Max. 80°C, up to 3100 rpm - suitable for ambient and moderately warm process air.

Note: the safety plate refers to explosion-protection instructions. If formal ATEX certification is relevant to your application, it should be independently verified.
