Remmert RKLT 3000 Cassette Storage System

For sale is an industrial cassette storage system from the manufacturer REMMERT, type RKLT 3000.

The system was originally designed for DaimlerChrysler AG and is used for space-saving storage and automated handling of long materials.

The system is particularly suitable for storing heavy and bulky materials such as metal profiles, pipes, bar stock and comparable industrial goods.

Storage and retrieval are carried out via an integrated stacker crane with lifting mechanism and telescopic device.

The stacker crane ensures safe and fully automatic storage and retrieval of the material.

This eliminates the dangerous and time-consuming handling with forklifts at height.

Damage to the material due to inadequate storage or transport accidents is also eliminated.

Possible applications:

Suitable for industrial storage and production areas, in particular:

- Mechanical engineering and metal processing
- Steel and profile trade
- Storage of pipes and bar stock
- Production supply and material provision
- Industrial long material storage

Equipment and functions:

- Cassette storage with 25 storage locations
- Stacker crane with motorized lifting mechanism
- Telescopic function for cassette handling
- Electrical system control with control panel
- Industrial steel rack construction
- Storage of long materials with high individual weights
- Different cassette heights according to technical documentation
