General Description
The vacuum evaporator offered here (57,000 L/day) originates from a project for the treatment of process water and fermentation residues in a biogas producer consortium in southern France. The plant was fully installed but never commissioned and is in as-new, factory-preserved condition. It is immediately available.
The evaporator is designed as a thermally efficient vacuum system and serves for the volume reduction, concentration, and recovery of water-containing liquid wastes. In combination with downstream reverse osmosis, it is ideal for applications requiring both clean distillate and highly concentrated nutrient or brine solutions.
