For sale is a Roland VersaUV LEF-300 UV flatbed printer including a BOFA extraction system and a primer configuration.

Extensive investment – 4 new original Roland print heads

A major advantage of this machine: significant investments have already been made in important components.

All 4 print heads have been replaced with new original Roland print heads. In addition, 8 dampers, 4 cap tops, a dust filter, and other maintenance and wear parts have been renewed.

A total of €7,227.12 gross was invested in these works, including the four new original print heads, other components, materials, and technician services.

The corresponding invoice is available and can, of course, be viewed upon serious interest.

Primer configuration

Approximately €700 was also invested in reconfiguring the machine for primer application.

Instead of a second clear coat/gloss channel, primer is now directly available via the machine. This is particularly interesting for applications where additional surface preparation is required to improve adhesion.

The machine is equipped with CMYK/color, white, gloss/clear coat, and primer.

BOFA extraction system included

The offer also includes a BOFA extraction system. This means that not only the printer itself is offered, but a comprehensively equipped complete package.

Inspection & test print possible

Especially when purchasing a used professional UV printer, one should be able to personally inspect the machine before buying.

Therefore, inspection and test printing on site are expressly possible. The existing invoices and documentation regarding the work carried out and the replacement of the print heads can also be viewed.

Why is the printer being sold?

I acquired the Roland specifically for my own production and subsequently invested extensively in the machine.

However, in practical use, it has become apparent that I need a different production process for my very specific application and my requirements for the final product.

Therefore, I am restructuring this production area and selling the Roland.

Collection and inspection on site are possible.

Alternatively, the machine can be shipped throughout the EU by a forwarding agent. The transport costs depend on the respective destination and can be clarified in advance.
