Annealing furnace for stress-free annealing and forming of acrylic glass

The furnace has two doors on one side and two narrow doors with a rail system on the rear side.
The sheets are hung in there and pneumatically clamped and released using a foot pedal.

- The furnace has a maximum temperature of 230°C and a permanent deviation of approximately +/-3°C from the set temperature at 75°C.
- The internal dimensions are approximately 1600 mm wide x 2000 mm deep.
In terms of height, the furnace can accommodate a 1800 mm high sheet hanging freely within the rail system.
- The rail system can be seen in the attached images.
The rail system can also be mounted on the front side.
It can accommodate sheet thicknesses from 1.5 to 25 mm and support a sheet weight of up to 150 kg.
- The power can be adjusted in several stages.
- Air circulation of approximately 3,000 m³/h
- For safety reasons, the doors can also be opened from the inside.
- Safety device that also shuts off the heating in the event of a fan failure.
