Söderhamn Eriksson

A sawmill with integrated log handling and sorting from Söderhamn Eriksson for the production of sawn timber is available. Production capacity: approx. 70000m³-100000m³ per shift, timber thickness range: 150mm-660mm. The log handling and sorting components include the log feeder, a root run-in cutter, a material thickness measurement system for calculating the volume of wood in cubic meters, a cross-cut saw, a metal detector, 13 log storage boxes, an HDS gripper, a debarker, a bark chipper and a fully automatic conveyor system. The components of the sawmill line include a debarking machine, a prism saw, a 4-belt band saw, a 3-belt band saw, a timber edging saw, a board sorting system with 22 pockets, a board stacking system and infeed and outfeed conveyors. Including various accessories such as rolling machine saw belt, sharpening machine saw belt, compressors, rollers, band saws, sawdust discharge and wood hall. The machine has not been used for eight years. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
