Söderhamn Eriksson Quattro Spaner Bandsäge Super 40

For sale is a used Quattro Spaner bandsaw, Super 40 model, manufactured in 1992, consisting of:

- Spaner
- Centering unit
- 4-bandsaw system Super 40

This system is particularly suitable for the efficient cutting of light to medium-strength round timber and enables precise and efficient processing in a compact design.

Max. round timber diameter: 58 cm
→ Debarking up to 42 cm

Min. round timber diameter: 13 cm
→ Debarking up to 8 cm

Feed rate: up to approx. 59 m/min
→ Reduced to approx. 20 m/min for large cross-sections

Daily output: approx. 250–300 cubic meters/day
→ Depending on round timber diameter and cutting

Condition and previous use:
The system was in operation at a sawmill with an annual production of approximately 50,000 cubic meters in a single-shift operation until summer 2025.

It was regularly maintained until it was taken out of service and was fully functional. However, due to its age and for reliable long-term operation, a complete overhaul is necessary.

An inspection of the system for sale is possible by arrangement.
An identical Quattro system, which has already been completely overhauled, can be inspected on-site during ongoing production. This allows interested parties to gain a clear picture of the system's performance and potential applications after an overhaul (see photo).
