Higher power transmission and higher torques combined with smaller size are the challenges.

This development has increased the demand for cold-formed splines.

With the Vertical Splines Press (VSP) Sack & Kiesselbach provides the customer with a solution that offers technological and also logistical advantages compared to conventional technologies (such as roller burnishing or broaching).

The relatively small and very user-friendly press can be configured both manually and as an automated system.

In addition to the splines press, the customer can also obtain the appropriate die system and process technology from a single source.
