Samzon MPT2000-15

The Samzon Mobile Pallet Turner 2000-15 is equipped with the latest generation of mechanical and electronic components. The traction unit features a 2.2 kW electric motor, and the hydraulic system is powered by a 3 kW motor with an integrated pump.

The machine is designed to drive directly to the pallet that needs to be replaced—typically from a wooden pallet to a plastic pallet. The machine approaches the pallet, and the fork is inserted underneath the pallet and over the product. If the product can withstand being rotated 180 degrees onto a new pallet, a new pallet can be placed on top of the product before rotation.

The product is then tilted back to the horizontal position, and the pallet can be manually rotated 180 degrees and locked with a locking bolt. Once the pallet is rotated, it can be lowered back to floor level—now positioned on a new pallet.
