The advantage of a pallet inverter machine is that the operator does not have to manually handle pallets during replacement, and the product is positioned on the new pallet in exactly the same location as originally.

A pallet inverter is easy and flexible to use. This machine can exchange around 30 pallets per hour and is capable of handling a wide variety of products.

How a pallet inverter works: The pallet inverter machine tilts the product together with the current pallet backwards by 120 degrees and lowers the existing pallet to floor level. The pallet is then replaced with a new one, which is repositioned underneath the product. The entire load is then tilted back, now standing on the new pallet.
