Sandt 530 CE bridge cutting machine

Hydraulic press with a movable ram (front/rear) designed for cutting various types of materials from a die (leather, foam, cork, etc.).

Very fast and powerful – during operation, the machine works autonomously (only the tool and the material being cut require attention).

The machine is equipped with a clear, 3-language touchscreen panel (Polish, English, German) with the following functions:

- Tool "0" point reading
- Force adjustment
- Table height adjustment after cutting
- Automatic/manual operation
- Cycle counter
- Machine error diagnostics

The machine is in perfect technical condition after a complete overhaul, which included:

- Replacement of all seals
- Replacement of all bearings and rollers
- Inspection of the hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Completely redesigned and manufactured machine electrical system, including safety barriers, safety relays, and a PLC panel
- Painting and maintenance

We provide the original manufacturer's documentation, a wiring diagram for the new electrical installation, and a CE declaration for the machine.
