The Scantool 100 RSX is the ideal tube grinding machine for all types of tubes and profiles. It simplifies welding and delivers a superior finish.
The Scantool 100 RSX has been designed with series production in mind, where precision and clean work are required.
Typical applications include the manufacture of railings, frames, go-karts, roll cages, wheelchairs, ship fittings, handrails, gates, fences, furniture frames, and stainless steel tube and profile works for the food industry, among others.
The Scantool 100 RSX grinds tubes and profiles made from any material in the range of Ø 21 to 76 mm.
Built-in powerful extraction
The Scantool 100 RSX features an integrated high-performance dust extraction unit that removes most of the grinding dust directly at the belt.
For the best dust collection solution, the Scantool 100S can be installed directly behind the belt grinder. The Scantool Cyclone 100S is available as an optional accessory.
