The two-roll precision rolling machine applies a pressure of 26,000 kg and features a roller core diameter of 125 mm as well as a total roller body length of 200 mm. The effective strip width is 175 mm, within which a uniform distribution is ensured. The commission number is 59024, which allows the manufacturer to retrieve the exact construction drawings.

After some time, the machine stops operating. It is suspected that the electrician should take the following into consideration:
• Connection type: Three-phase current 380V/400V (3 phases + neutral + earth).
• Power socket: Due to the current intensity (22.8 A), a CEE 32A socket (red industrial socket) is required.
• Protection: The motor must be protected with slow-blow fuses (e.g., type C circuit breakers or Neozed fuses) to handle the high inrush current. A 32A (three-pole) protection is recommended.

• Motor protection: A motor protection switch set to the rated current (here 22.8 A) is absolutely necessary to protect the motor from overload.

Important note: The specifications (71.5 rpm, 5 Hz) indicate either a very slow-running special motor or a motor operated via a frequency inverter. Commissioning should only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
