Machine purchased in 2018, operated until 2020, then decommissioned and preserved as a backup machine following the purchase of another CNC machine.

DESCRIPTION:
We offer a manual lathe Bezinger TLI 10 designed for producing wedding rings and specialized applications. The machine uses diamond tools for precision machining and achieving a perfect ring polish. It is capable of highly accurate machining of the inner, side, and outer surfaces of rings, including radii. Special separate fixtures enable individual operations without the need for adjustment or replacement of accessories.
- A unique feature of the lathe is the vacuum chip extraction via a vacuum cleaner hose (vacuum cleaner not included in the offer).
- In addition to fixtures for gold processing, the machine also includes additive fixtures for manufacturing platinum rings.
- The sales package includes sets of mandrels for inner clamping of rods and tubes in 4 different widths. Each set contains 40 sizes of mandrels.
