Easyline BF 2000 cup filler is a single-lane rotary machine capable of filling liquid, paste-like, or chunky products, depending on customer requirements. The cups are first destacked and then filled by a piston-valve dosing unit (including a feed tank). Afterward, the cups are platinized and/or fitted with slip-on lids as needed. Optionally, the cups can also be printed with a date or labeled. Cup output is 2,000 cph, depending on the product and packaging. Higher cup outputs are available upon request.

A version with a sealing and cutting station integrated into the system is also possible.

The machine is suitable for filling liquid and paste-like products such as milk and dairy products, convenience foods, yogurt, and dressings, as well as chunky products such as croutons. Upon request, a higher hygiene standard can be implemented, as well as the integration of headspace gas flushing.
