Lýsing
This SIDEL SBO 2 XL Compact is a two-cavity PET stretch blow moulding machine built in 2006 for large-format containers of up to 10 litres. It pairs a Sidel preform tipper, hopper and feeder with a Sidel Compact linear oven with 5 heating modules and a blowing station for two moulds. Output depends on bottle size: approx. 2,400 bottles/hour at 500 ml, approx. 2,000 bottles/hour at 5 litres and approx. 1,000 bottles/hour at 10 litres.
The machine is currently set up for preforms with a 48/41 neck finish and last produced 8-litre PET bottles. Its hour counter reads approx. 12,500 hours. It ran in a plastics converting plant until March 2026 and was then dismantled by skilled technicians and stored dry. Large-format blow moulders of this size are rarely offered on the second-hand market. Moulds are not included.

Condition
Used - good working condition. The machine was serviced by Sidel and by in-house technicians under a regular preventive maintenance schedule, and ran in production until March 2026. It is now dismantled and stored dry and can be inspected in stored condition.
