Overview

Complete craft microbrewery around a 250-litre batch brewhouse - the Slowbeer 250, built in 2016 by Škrlj d.o.o. (Slovenia). The package covers the whole process from malt crushing to bottling - brewhouse, two 1,000 L fermenters, hot water tank, glycol chiller, 4-spout bottling unit and malt mill. All main units date from 2016 - a turnkey set for a brewpub or a start-up brewery.

Condition

Used - very good to excellent overall condition. Brewhouse, fermenters and malt mill in excellent condition; chiller and bottling unit in good working order. The hot water tank is fully functional, with a light cosmetic dent on the top cover and normal limescale deposits inside. CE declarations and technical documentation are available for every unit except the malt mill, where the documentation is still being confirmed.
