Professional, fully-automatic packaging system from a renowned European manufacturer with a very high packaging output, consisting of three components: infeed conveyor, fully-automatic film sealing machine, and high-performance shrink tunnel. The machines can be operated together as a complete system or individually. Suitable for packaging food products, technical goods, printed and paper products, household items, toys, and textiles, among others.

Fully Automatic Film Sealing Machine 500 HSE:
- High packaging output thanks to two separate sealing operations (cross sealing by sealing bar and longitudinal sealing parallel to the direction of conveyance by continuous sealing unit): up to 70 units/min or 4,200 units/hour.
- The film sealing machine is equipped with multiple monitoring sensors, light barriers, or photocells to control the automatic process, as well as mechanically adjustable product guides. User-friendly control panel with extensive functions and configuration options, including automatic and setup modes, 20 memory slots for different pack formats, piece counter, packaging rate calculation, multi-pack functions, communication features, password levels, and energy-saving functions.

- Maximum film roll length approx. 600 mm. The film can be perforated by four adjustable needle rings.

- Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.
- Temperature adjustable on display from 85 to 200 °C.
- Automatic cooling function.
- Conveyor speed adjustable on display.
- The hot air flow can be adjusted via several deflector plates at the tunnel entrance and exit.
- The machine is fitted with lockable castors for easy movement or positioning.

Overall system dimensions: Length approx. 5 m x width approx. 1.5 m.

Comprehensive documentation is available, including operating manuals, circuit diagrams, and spare parts lists.

The system was commissioned in 2016 and has been stored in recent years.
