SN Packaging Machines FM1

Fully functional sachet machine for solids, recently taken out of production due to a change to a different packaging format.

The machine produces four-sided sealed sachets from paper-foil with a PE layer. Standard sachet size: 70 x 150 mm external dimensions, with a usable internal volume of approximately 25 to 30 ml. The hanging hole with tear-off feature, in the reinforced top part, can be disabled if desired.

The machine includes, among other things:

* Automatic film tension and film alignment system;
* Videojet inkjet printer, Meler hotmelt unit; Cooling unit, chip extraction system;
* Siemens control and servo, Festo pneumatics;
* Reinforced hanging edge through multilayered film fold and hotmelt adhesive;
* Integrated punching functions for hanging hole, tear-off feature, and alignment mark (can be disabled);
* Carousel system for opening, inspection, dosing, sealing, and ejection;
* Automatic box selector;

* Vibrating screen, infeed conveyor, hopper, and volumetric dosing system.

The machine has always been well maintained and recently underwent an overhaul in which both the servomotor and the associated drive were replaced.
Annual maintenance was consistently performed.

The machine can be demonstrated in working order.
Includes cabinet with spare parts, printed Dutch and German manuals, parts drawings, electrical diagram, and documentation on CD.

Terms of sale:
The machine is sold EXW (Incoterms® 2020) at the seller's location. Dismantling, internal transport, loading, transport, unloading, and reinstallation are entirely at the buyer's expense, risk, and responsibility. Technical support during dismantling and internal transport can be provided, but it is purely advisory and does not imply any liability on the part of the seller.
