Professionally designed crossflow ultrafiltration membrane system, engineered, built, and fully instrumented by a membrane specialist. 12 membrane modules in 3 parallel stages of 4 modules each, active membrane area 2.16 m². PVDF ultrafiltration membranes, separation limit 100 kDa, in PVC module tubes. Membrane stages can be individually shut off. Designed for diafiltration and pure concentration. Hygienic centrifugal pump, approximately 11 m³/h at approximately 2.5 bar feed pressure, crossflow up to 2.5 m/s. Retentate-side pressure adjustment via automatic proportional valve, stainless steel heat exchanger for temperature control. Ideally operated in conjunction with two feed tanks.
