Design and Features Overview
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi paint containers consist of a robust steel frame with welded wall and ceiling panels. We can add special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices inside. The floor is made of teardrop plate. Both door panels contain ventilation grilles fitted with fine-pored filter mats. One panel is designed as an emergency exit for safety reasons and features a viewing window. It's also worth mentioning that these aren't simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all of our containers from scratch. We use only the most robust materials that meet our requirements and have also been safety-tested and proven. Conventional shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.

Paint extraction system in the mobile painting container
The paint mist extraction panel for paint mist separation is located in front of the rear wall and is equipped with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction panel consists of a galvanized housing, folded with guide plates, including various suspension and fastening elements for the filter assembly. The powerful, explosion-proof extraction fan with drive motor is installed on a console in the rear wall area on the outside of the container.

Next-generation mobile paint booths: Meeting EU requirements and advancing coating solutions
The new generation of mobile paint booths must meet the highest EU requirements. The inclusion of new coating systems such as hydro-based paints, polyurethane resins, epoxy zinc dust, or epoxy iron mica paints places high demands on existing paint booths. Therefore, we have developed a new and unique mobile paint booth for the next generation of coating solutions.

A key criterion is the transport of workpieces for painting and further processing steps.

Whether it is dry paint mist separation or wet washing, air humidification or air drying, condensation drying using low-temperature processes or warm air drying, or whether workpiece pretreatment is carried out using high-pressure washing with water in a recirculating system, compressed air blasting, or wheel blasting technology.
