The Steen ST828 is a powerful chicken, duck, and pheasant deboning machine designed for the efficient deboning of anatomically cut thighs, drumsticks, and first-joint wings. This industrial poultry deboner has a capacity of up to 45 pieces per minute and delivers a very high yield thanks to minimal bone breakage (maximum 1%).
The ST828 is easy to operate by a single operator and is equipped with pre-formed product infeed trays. Its compact and hygienic stainless-steel design makes it ideal for demanding production environments. The machine can optionally be fitted with a trimming table or discharge conveyor for further processing.
