This industrial coating machine from Stork is designed for the automatic and uniform application of liquid batters (e.g., pancake batter, tempura, slurry) onto food products. The device is a key component in production lines that manufacture products such as nuggets, cutlets, fish sticks, schnitzels, and various types of snacks and molded products.

Thanks to its universal mesh belt with a working width of up to 600 mm, the machine ensures high throughput and works perfectly with industrial formers, dry battering machines, and frying tunnels (fryers).

Key features:

- Efficient coating system: A special design allows for precise coverage of the product with liquid batter from all sides (from below through immersion, from above through a liquid curtain), guaranteeing perfect consistency and excellent adhesion for subsequent dry battering.

- System for removing excess liquid: The machine is equipped with a mechanism (e.g., air blast or vibration system) that effectively removes excess batter from the product, preventing drips and saving raw materials.

- Parameter adjustment: The ability to adjust the belt speed makes it easy to synchronize the machine with the rest of the production line.
