Suhner Tender cut

We offer a used SUHNER Tender-Cut sausage cutter/separator, designed for automatic, individual separation of cooked and steamed sausages in natural and collagen casings. The machine is ideal for meat processing plants producing frankfurters, breakfast sausages, hot dogs, and other small-diameter products, where repeatable cutting results, high efficiency, and minimal operating costs are important.

The Tender-Cut model is equipped as standard with multiple individual knives mounted on replaceable strips, so that each sausage is cleanly and precisely separated from the others. The simple design with minimal electronics means very low service costs and a long machine life – the first machines of this type from the late 1990s are still in operation in production facilities.
