ThermoTEC Begehbare große Temperaturprüfkammer

We are selling a large, walk-in heat chamber. The chamber was used for 24-hour burn-in tests at 60°C for electronic devices. Due to a production relocation, it is now being sold. The chamber can be temperature-controlled within a range of 40°C to 80°C, with a constant temperature of +/- 1°C. The chamber's floor space is approximately 13.5m² with a volume of approximately 29.2m³. For details on the size, see the attached dimensional drawing below.

The delivery and installation of the system, as well as technical service, were carried out exclusively by ThermoTEC.

We offer the chamber EXW "ex works." This means that disassembly, loading, and transport of the chamber are the responsibility of the buyer.

The system essentially consists of:

- Insulation chamber made of 120mm thick sandwich elements with excellent thermal insulation
- 1.5mm thick, non-slip stainless steel floor bonded to 15mm thick pressure distribution plates (designed for a rubber wheel load of 2500N)
- Door (approx. 200cm high and 120cm wide) with access ramp and window
- Recirculation unit with 6 kW heating output and approx. 3000m³/h air circulation
- Switchable external ceiling lighting (50W LED)
- Parapet ducts on both sides with 6 sockets (230V)
- Control cabinet with Siemens S7-1200 controller with 7" color touch panel, data recording and display, prepared for external networking, potential-free switching contacts
- Safety devices
