Fully automatic compact high speed planing line 150m/min !!!

High performance handling system suitable for use with a moulder, double end tenoner etc. consisting of the following.

1. Pack infeed system, roller and chain conveyors, 5m + 3,8m.
2. Robot layer feeder (4 layers per minute) with automatic stick collector.
3. Crossfeed system with end trimmer saws (angle adjustable), 22 cycles 400mm wide per minute..
4. Moulder infeed (right side with adjustable fence line) with 4 feed roller accelerator 150m/min maximum speed,
5. Infeed belt with side pressure to fence.

6. Outfeed belt 5m long.
7. Board sweeper to stacker capable of stacking 80pcs/min.
8. Automatic stacker with stick magazines, 1200mm high packs,
9. Magazine for automatic loading of pallets to outfeed, holding 10 pallets.
10. Outfeed roller conveyor, 5m long..
11. Control system with remote panels.

This high speed fully automatic line could be used for feeding a moulder, resaw, multi-rip etc.
It could be modified to suit feeding a double end tenorer etc also.
